Refund Policy
At FlexLeo LLC, all sales are considered final. Due to the nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, opened items, or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following conditions:
• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent
To request a refund or replacement, customers must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
FlexLeo LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these conditions.
Shipping Policy
At FlexLeo LLC, we’re a small, independently run business, and we truly appreciate your support and patience.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
To ensure each order is carefully prepared and packaged, all orders are shipped once per week, typically on the upcoming weekend.
For example, orders placed between Monday and Friday will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday of that same week, with some Friday orders shipping on Sunday.
Orders placed after the weekly shipment cutoff (Saturday or Sunday) will be included in the following weekend’s shipment.
For example, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Saturday.
Shipping times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, FlexLeo LLC is not responsible for:
• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us and we’ll gladly assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
