At FlexLeo LLC, all sales are deemed final. Given the unique nature of trading card products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer's remorse, opened items, or changes of mind.

• Provide clear photographs of the item and its packaging.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within one to three business days following the receipt of payment.
To ensure meticulous preparation and packaging of each order, all shipments are dispatched once per week, typically on the upcoming weekend.
For instance, orders placed between Monday and Friday will be shipped on Saturday or Sunday of the same week, with certain Friday orders being shipped on Sunday.
Orders submitted after the weekly shipment cutoff (Saturday or Sunday) will be included in the subsequent weekend's shipment.
For example, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Saturday.
Shipping durations may vary based on location; however, the majority of orders are expected to arrive within three to seven business days following shipment.
You will receive a tracking number promptly upon the shipment of your order.
While we strive to facilitate seamless delivery, FlexLeo LLC cannot be held accountable for:
• Shipping delays attributable to carriers.
• Lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered.
Should your package become lost in transit, please contact us, and we will be pleased to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
